Carson English, a California native, brings to the San Marino community over 30 years of real estate leadership experience, which include sales, multi-branch operations and business development - both as a company executive and principal.

In the San Francisco Bay area, Carson was hired as a senior vice president by a major independent real estate brokerage to expand operations and increase market share. During his tenure, he opened five real estate offices and became the regional director of business operations. Among his many accomplishments, Carson implemented a multi-media marketing campaign that attracted more agents to the organization and increased sales. During his 10 years with the company, he personally recruited over 400 real estate agents, and took the company into a market in which it had no name recognition and developed it into the area’s most dominant residential real estate company.

Carson later opened his own full-service real estate company with 33 top producing agents and developed and ran a very profitable business for eight years. He was then hired in 2007 by another real estate company, where he served as vice president and manager until that company was purchased by NRT Coldwell Banker in 2010.

In addition, Carson is just one of 11 Expert Witness Advocates for the Department of Real Estate in California, and is recognized by the California Bar Association to give testimony in depositions, mediations, standards of care, disclosures, and conflicts of interest among many others.
