On her very first day in that country, Spain won its first World Cup soccer championship – and Rebecca Morris’s experience immediately came crashing down to earth.

And she wouldn’t have it any other way.

It’s a bit surprising that the San Marino High School junior, who is an integral part of the Lady Titans’ cross country, soccer and track teams and is rarely standing still, would hold such passion for a pastime which requires such focus and concentration.
