Hathaway-Sycamores recently gathered its current and past board members for an evening of wine and cheese tastings. About 50 people gathered at The Cheese Store of Pasadena and enjoyed a variety of Inception Wines that were paired with complementary cheese selections. Louis and Natalia Pastis, owners of The Cheese Store in Pasadena, said "This event gives us a chance to give back to our local community, and in the end of the day, that's what is most important. We are passionate about organizations that work with children and we're unique in that we can provide a pleasurable and enjoyable experience for these special events. We thank Hathaway-Sycamores for the opportunity to host this event.” George Pitsironis of Inception Wines served guests his handcrafted pinot noirs and chardonnay wines from the Santa Barbara and Central Coast regions. “Our wines are food friendly, fruit forward and well-balanced for everyday drinking, and we are proud to support Hathaway-Sycamores at this event.”
